At BigID, I was on the team that spearheaded the first company employee resource group (ERG), BigID Pride for LGBTQIA+ awareness and support within the workplace. As part of that effort — and as the company's copy director — I took on the task of creating and writing the company's internal BigID Pride resource guide, Come as You Are.
